futureparks.org (our site) is a site operated by The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty a charity registered in England and Wales with charity number 205846 whose registered office is at Heelis, Kemble drive, Swindon, Wiltshire SN2 2NA (The National Trust). These terms of use tell you the terms on which you may make use of our site.  By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.  We may amend these terms from time to time.  

 

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.

 

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) or document(s) from our site for your own personal use in your relevant professional capacity.

 

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any page(s) or document(s) you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

 

You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

 

If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made

 

The words “The National Trust” and the “oak leaf logo” displayed on our site are UK registered trade marks of the National Trust.  The “Social Finance” and “Shared Assets” logos displayed on our site are UK registered trade marks of Social Finance Limited and Shared Assets Limited, respectively.

  • Your interest in the site; and
  • To give feedback to us on our site.

 

We will not ask you to provide any personal information in filling out the Optional Feedback Form.

 

Your responses to the Optional Feedback Form will be anonymised and aggregated.  We will not process information about identifiable individuals.   We will make use of those aggregated responses for the purposes of undertaking market research and statistical analysis in order to measure success of our site, to obtain an insight into types and interests of users of our site and in order to shape future content on the site.

 

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

 

Your response to the Optional Feedback Form will be accessible by us and our website developer, for the purposes of providing website services to us.  The website, and the information that you provide on the website is hosted by a third party, Faelix Limited, on secure servers based within the UK.
